All questionsWhat is the delivery time if making an order?
20 - 30 working days after receipt of deposit, for the HP50DR floor-mounted DR system. Detector and tube brand choices confirmed on the quotation may affect the final date. Configured-to-order ranges are quoted with their own lead time.
How does your company assure the after-service?
Installation drawings and a room preparation checklist are issued with the order confirmation, and commissioning is supported remotely as standard. An engineer can travel to site on request. Spare parts are held for the installed base and shipped by air within 48 hours of a confirmed order.
How does your company assure your product quality?
The system is built in our own licensed facility in Yinchuan, licensed for Class II and Class III medical device manufacturing. Every system is configured and tested for the site it is going to, and documentation for the importing ministry of health is prepared per order.
What is the warranty for your products?
12 months from installation. Tube warranty follows the tube manufacturer's terms.
