Installation drawings and a room preparation checklist are issued with the order confirmation, and commissioning is supported remotely as standard. An engineer can travel to site on request. Spare parts are held for the installed base and shipped by air within 48 hours of a confirmed order.

The system is built in our own licensed facility in Yinchuan, licensed for Class II and Class III medical device manufacturing. Every system is configured and tested for the site it is going to, and documentation for the importing ministry of health is prepared per order.

12 months from installation. Tube warranty follows the tube manufacturer's terms.

30% T/T deposit, balance against copy of B/L. Delivery EXW Yinchuan or FOB Shanghai / Ningbo; CIF to your port on request.

The electrical supply at site, the room drawing or dimensions, the detector preference (wired or wireless), the number of systems and the destination port. A proforma invoice is issued within one working day.

The HP50DR runs on 380 V +/- 38 V three phase, 50/60 Hz. Where the grid is unstable we size a voltage stabilizer or UPS with the system, so the supply is solved before the machine ships.
